Job Summary: Located at Central Up to $5,500 Mobile Allowance AWS + VB 5.5 Working Days Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate ACMV systems within the design. Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and project requirements. Generate detailed 3D models of ACMV systems using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Create shop drawings, schematics, and installation layouts based on BIM models. Use tools like Navisworks or BIM 360 for clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems. Maintain project documentation, including revisions and as-built models. Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings to address issues and ensure milestones are met. Offer technical guidance to the team on BIM processes and software. Train junior staff, mentor them in BIM best practices, and stay updated on BIM technologies. You are eligible to apply if you possess the following criteria: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent). Knowledge of green building standards and sustainability practices. Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360. In-depth understanding of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation design principles. At least 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, ideally in ACMV or MEP sectors. Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with various stakeholders.
