Performance Test Engineer EXPERIENCE : 4-8 Years JOB TYPE : Full time LOCATION : Pune (WFO) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications. You will work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize application performance. Responsibilities: * Design and develop performance test plans and scripts using industry-standard tools * Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks. * Monitor system performance during load tests and identify areas for improvement. * Work with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions. * Develop and maintain performance test frameworks and tools. * Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to release. * Prepare and present performance test reports to stakeholders. * Stay abreast of the latest performance testing tools and technologies. Qualifications: * 4-8 years of experience in performance testing. * Strong experience in C# programming. * Experience with VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services) or Azure DevOps. * Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar is a plus * Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
