Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista Supervisor in The Avenues. The Barista Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the tea and beverage department, manage inventory, train barista staff, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications
- Barista experience and knowledge of tea and beverage preparation
- Supervisory or leadership skills in a customer-facing role
- Inventory management and ordering experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
