We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Medical Division team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales with proven experience working in IR or Nursing dialysis with demonstrated product and market knowledge. Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  2. Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  3. Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  5. Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  6. Boost sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.
Skills:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role in the field.
  2. Educational background in IR Technology or Nursing.
  3. Strong understanding of medical products and services.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to travel as needed.
  7. Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  8. Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  9. Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  10. Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  11. Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
