Key Responsibilities:

1. Take full business management responsibility and oversee P&L operations.
2. Mentor, train, and coach the leadership team to achieve high performance and service levels.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and measure operating standards across all restaurants.
4. Implement best practices, remove bottlenecks, and maximize efficiency in all outlets.
5. Identify business opportunities, emerging trends, and stay relevant to customer expectations.
6. Manage all departments including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
7. Demonstrate ability to manage labor costs, productivity, and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Experience working in a multi-branded restaurant group is essential.
2. International brand experience is advantageous.
3. Proven track record in handling full business P&L is necessary.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a hands-on leader is crucial.
6. Experience creating, implementing, and training SOPs is essential.
