Barista

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
2. Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
3. Packaging food and beverages for sale.
4. Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
5. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
6. Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
7. Working as part of a high-energy team.
8. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
9. Servicing customers and taking orders.
10. Ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies.
11. Receiving and processing customer payments.
12. Regular reporting to Line Managers and/or Director on work status.
13. Completing any work or task of the establishment within the deadlines assigned by your line managers.
