Technical Support Specialist - Real Time Systems

Partner with the best As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time data, incident management, and data quality assurance. You will provide the highest level of customer service to the customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high-paced environment. As a Technical Support Specialist - Real Time System, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems proactively to ensure a prompt solution.
Providing real-time monitoring of drilling activities in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner.
Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to provide effective problem solving.
Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing real-time system issues.

Hold an associate diploma, technical degree, or Bachelor's.
Have experience in technical support relevant roles, remote operations, or IT support (preferred).
Ability to work shifts in the field.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
Have strong problem-solving skills.
Have the ability to work independently.
