Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at JADEER in Riyadh. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, evaluating employee performance, identifying training needs, and delivering engaging training sessions. They will also collaborate with various departments to ensure training objectives align with company goals. Qualifications

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Training
  2. Previous experience in Retail Industry is a Must
  3. Training Program Development, Employee Performance Evaluation, and Training Needs Identification skills
  4. Experience in delivering engaging training sessions
  5. Collaboration and Communication skills
  6. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  7. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  8. Strong organizational and planning skills
  9. Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  10. Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field
