The Executive - Marketing & Communication will be responsible for handling, executing, and developing the marketing works (activities & events, social media, branding... etc) for Company's projects that assist in achieving the marketing strategies and plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To handle the internal operations of the department through the internal system and its applications (i.e., Yardi, Kissflow, Freshdesk).
  2. To develop relations with the tenants (communication related to the Marketing activities).
  3. To liaise with various companies providing marketing services (agencies, contractors…).
  4. To control the stock and management equipment of Marketing Department assets.
  5. To execute any work related to the marketing requested by the management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  1. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in Shopping Centre Marketing.
SKILLS:
  1. Excellent computer skills in MS Office, and preferably with Design Skills.
  2. Creativity.
  3. Analytical skills.
  4. Customer Focus.
  5. Evaluating the performance of agencies and contractors.
  6. Planning promotional events.
  7. Evaluating the campaigns and events.
