Job Description

  1. Cooperate in setting and maintaining the annual manpower plan through coordinating with departments heads to identify recruitment needs and ensure the execution of the plan.
  2. Follow up and administrate the internal transfers/promotions full cycle and assure the approval of the necessary documentations respecting the timeframe to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Maintain recruitment processes, policies, and procedures through all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with the recruitment strategy.
  4. Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
  5. Follow up on internal and external job posting processes through promoting and utilizing different recruitment sources, social media networks & job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) to identify potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs.
  6. Buildup, maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential candidates to satisfy Men's Club Company in advance staffing needs.
  7. Conduct competency-based HR interviews for internal and external candidates to analyze candidate experience and obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
  8. Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications to ensure an efficient initial filtration process.
  9. Coordinate and arrange technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Follow up with accepted candidates to inform them of their starting date and ensure the preparation of hiring documents.
  11. Prepare orientation for new employees to explain company strategy, policies, and work environment.
  12. Ensure accurate records and documentation concerning all phases of the recruitment process including the number of applicants and filtration during every phase and interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc.) to ensure proper future analysis of the recruitment process.
  13. Contribute to all activities, projects, and communications related to “Employer Branding” to promote an excellent and professional employer image.
  14. Update and maintain company’s organization charts and job descriptions to ensure their validity.
  15. Support the development of programs and create KPIs for every department & employee to support organizational growth and effectiveness.
  16. Assist in developing organizational design, structure, development strategies, company policies and procedures, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with business strategy and goals.
  17. Assist in conducting organizational needs analysis and support the development of appropriate plans to ensure lean and efficient workflow.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
  2. 5+ years of professional experience working in HR, preferably in the Fashion Retail & Garment Industry.
  3. Competency-based interviewing skills.
  4. Knowledge of recruitment/manpower planning and employer branding best practices.
  5. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  6. HR Diploma is highly preferable.
