Overview: We are seeking an AI and Analytics Specialist to find innovative ways to apply artificial intelligence and analytics to real-world Wealth Management challenges. You will work on enhancing client offerings or improving internal processes, constantly pushing the boundaries of how AI can be leveraged to drive value in a dynamic financial environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the data hub team to deliver AI-driven data transformation projects. Understand business requirements and develop analytical solutions to address key business problems. Use design thinking to identify user pain points and areas where advanced analytics, such as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, can drive value. Design and develop machine learning models tailored to financial services. Build advanced analytics workflows, including feature engineering, model development, and insight visualization. Create dashboards for data storytelling and insights consumption. Develop reusable analytical assets to support various projects. Work with business and analytics teams to operationalize models and drive measurable business outcomes. Conduct regular audits to ensure model relevance and accuracy. Clearly communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Qualifications: Strong strategic thinking around AI’s business value. Initiative and resilience to succeed in a highly regulated environment. Expertise in machine learning, NLP, clustering algorithms, and feature engineering. Proficiency in Python and tools like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, pytorch, and Flask. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Scientific approach to experimentation and solution evaluation. A portfolio of previous AI projects or Kaggle competition experience is a plus. Degree holder. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and business acumen, with the ability to innovate in the AI space within the wealth management domain. #J-18808-Ljbffr
