Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, manage changes, and accurately define the project scope in terms of items, timelines, and identify the technical aspects necessary for project execution.
Estimate project timelines and deadlines, and create schedules using programs and applications for developing work plans. These plans include scheduled tasks, execution periods, and available resources for each task.
Manage the cost and resources required for project completion, including planning and managing human resources, materials, equipment, and technicians. Estimate expected costs with cost engineers and relevant engineers.
Prepare and implement a stakeholder engagement plan for all parties involved in the project, ensuring a foundation for distributing information and updating the project's progress.
Prepare, present, and archive specialized documents and reports related to engineering work and projects, including progress percentages, and store them in the database according to approved policies and procedures.
Manage the operations team and achieve the required operational targets.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in project management

Required Skills:

Ability to plan efficiently and with high accuracy
Proficiency in project management skills and supervision
Excellent communication skills with diverse personalities
Effective communication abilities
Strong work ethics
Report preparation and performance evaluation skills
