Responsibilities: Responsible for payment collection, process medical reports requests as well as arrange appointments for specialist and work injury compensation reviews. Provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support. Responsible to liaise with different stakeholders to facilitate the completion of medical report requests. Any other duties assigned from time to time Requirements: Minimum 'N' Level qualification Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills Able to multitask and have an eye for details Working Schedule (Office hours): Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
