1. Educational Qualification: Diploma or certificate in Nursing Assistance. 2. Professional Classification: Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). 3. Experience: Preferably previous experience (depending on the position). 4. Skills: Ability to work under pressure, effective communication, and teamwork. 5. Commitment: Adherence to healthcare standards, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care: Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, drinking, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  2. Health Monitoring: Measure vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and observe patients' conditions.
  3. Support for Medical Staff: Assist doctors and nurses during examinations and medical procedures.
  4. Equipment Preparation and Cleaning: Sterilize medical tools and prepare patient rooms.
  5. Communication and Support: Provide emotional support to patients and maintain confidentiality.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Record observations about patients' conditions and share them with the medical team.
