Instore Visual Merchandiser Job Location : UAE Responsibilities: • Implement and execute mannequin styling according to Vice President directives and current trends, showcasing innovation, detailing, and style. • Execute new seasonal directives and guidelines, interpreting requirements and implementing updates efficiently and effectively. • Design wall and table visual displays that showcase innovation and creativity aligned with visual concepts. • Maintain product knowledge on key investments, best sellers, and seasonal key looks. • Manage POP and mannequin displays, including storage, returns, requests, and care pre-and post-campaigns. • Implement all visual processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores. • Support back-of-house management to service the sales floor, including POP management, wardrobe imagery, and benefit sign management. • Make VM decisions based on business acumen, best seller performance, and department performance. • Contribute to photo reports and collaborate with AVMs to create presentation reports and maintain visual records of updates and campaigns. Supporting Marketing Initiatives: • Review delivery of visual activities against schedules. • Manage seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signs. • Provide feedback to line managers and suppliers on visual material quality and content. • Execute campaigns and events, working alongside agencies to ensure best practice and correct implementation. Self-Management: • Define performance goals at the start of the year with the reporting manager and achieve them throughout the year. • Take ownership of personal learning agenda by identifying development needs with the reporting manager.
