Position: Indoor Sales Executive Salary: Up to 4,000 AED (full package) + Accommodation + Transportation Hiring Company: Structural Steel Trading Company Location: Dubai, UAE Availability: Immediately (1-month max) Employment Type: Permanent

Job Description

  • Handle customer accounts and inquiries promptly with a commercial approach, establishing rapport and advising customers.
  • Provide quotes on prices and lead times by coordinating with the procurement department, internal resources, and pricing matrices.
  • Generate sales aggressively to meet budgetary requirements in terms of volume and gross margins.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for scheduling and delivery follow-ups.
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new potential ones through call follow-ups.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors and evaluate local market trends.
  • Oversee payment statuses, liaise with the accounts team, and keep management updated.
  • Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and well-spoken demeanor.
Salary: AED 3,500–4,000 per month (dependent on skills and experience)

  • Nationality: Open to any
  • Gender: Male
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in structural steel stock sales in the UAE is preferable.
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculating structural steel stocks, including merchant bars, tubes, pipes, galvanized items, MS plates, beams, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player with initiative, and a pleasant personality.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of handling on-time customer requirements.
  • Flexible, enterprising, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
