Job Description: The Electrical /amp; Instrumentation (E/amp;I) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and instruments. They will manage a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and support operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of E/amp;I technicians.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and instrumentation safety regulations.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Manage and track inventory of electrical and instrumentation equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support project implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to E/amp;I technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and instruments.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and instruments.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
