Investor Relation Officer Job Location: United Arab Emirates Mandatory to have Industry: Real Estate Industry Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, client management, or a similar role within the real estate development industry (preferably in Dubai). Knowledge and Skill: • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, regulations, and investment landscape. • Familiarity with Dubai Land Department regulations and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
