Responsibilities Welcome guests to the venue Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas Greet guests upon their arrival and departure Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area Cater to guests who require extra attention Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Pass out menus and answer incoming calls, addressing guests' queries Requirements Able to provide customer service in a fast-paced environment Good positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff Experience in managing reservations Good communication skills (via phone and in-person) Good organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area #J-18808-Ljbffr
