The Role
- Build and Lead: Establish and continuously grow the Manchester team
- Strategic Focus: Leverage your expertise in strategic land, including giving evidence at public inquiries and navigating frameworks such as the Greater Manchester Framework.
- Win Business: Utilise your established industry relationships and business acumen to drive client engagement and project acquisition.
- Shape Strategy: Take the reins on business strategy, supported by significant investment and a well-resourced multidisciplinary team.
- Expertise in Strategic Land across the North West
- Strong client relationships and business-winning experience
- Public inquiry experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams
