Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR specialist, offering guidance on employee and labour relations, policies, and compliance.
  • Draft employment documents, such as offer letters and disciplinary communications, ensuring legal and policy adherence.
  • Support recruitment initiatives to attract and secure top-tier talent.
  • Manage benefit administration, including enrollments and updates for group programs.
  • Maintain HR/Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in multi-location or unionized settings.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP/CHRL certificationis an asset.
