- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in multi-location or unionized settings.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP/CHRL certificationis an asset.
