Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the traditional trade channel, targeting home appliance dealers.
- Identify and onboard new dealers while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Ensure optimal product availability across the dealer network by managing stock levels and addressing supply chain challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute dealer promotions, trade incentives, and product launches.
- Ensure consistent branding, product display standards, and merchandising across dealer outlets.
- Monitor market trends, dealer performance, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate sales and market reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction through regular visits.
- Develop and manage budgets for TT sales activities and promotions and Monitor expenditures and ROI for ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the area managers to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 9-12 years in sales, including 6+ years in traditional trade sales management, with a proven track record in the home appliance industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and analysis of sales data and market trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to address dealer challenges and operational bottlenecks effectively.
