Customer Service Ambassadors (Car showroom) Job Description: Responsibilities Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information Understanding customers' needs and directing them to sales consultants or service advisors Answering the phone and making appointments, taking and distributing messages or mail, and redirecting calls Generating showroom reports and maintaining leads database Providing support to marketing activities and events Ensuring the showroom is in pristine condition Any other tasks assigned by the superior Responding to complaints and finding the appropriate solution Requirements Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline At least 1-2 years of experience in concierge/hospitality/customer servicing or front-facing functions Candidates with automotive industry experience are preferred Basic MS Office/Salesforce knowledge is a plus 5 days work week (2 days off on weekdays), Monday - Saturday 9:30 am - 7:00 pm, Sunday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
