Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all government and regulatory authorities in the UAE.
Liaise and maintain strong relationships with various government departments, including immigration, labor, municipality, and economic departments, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the documentation and processing of various government-related tasks, such as visa processing, labor contracts, work permits, company registration, and licensing.
Stay updated with the latest government regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure the company's compliance.
Handle all aspects of employee visas, including processing new visas, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate with external service providers, such as typing centers and translation agencies, to facilitate the completion of necessary documents and procedures.
Prepare and submit required documents to government authorities accurately and within the specified timelines.
Keep track of employee records, including passports, visas, labor cards, and other relevant documents, ensuring their validity and compliance.
Handle employee grievances related to visa and immigration matters, and provide appropriate solutions and guidance.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise with government authorities, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Stay updated on changes in government regulations, labor laws, and immigration policies, and communicate the impact on the company's operations and procedures.
