  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA, AS9100).
  2. Conduct detailed inspections and tests on aviation components, assemblies, and finished products to verify conformance to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  3. Prepare and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, corrective action plans, and quality manuals. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
  4. Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve product quality.
  5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing processes. Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA.
  6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components. Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance evaluations.
  7. Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  8. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
  9. Identify potential risks to product quality and safety, and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
  10. Work closely with customers to address quality-related concerns, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  2. Experience in quality assurance within the aviation industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA, AS9100, ISO 9001).
  4. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  8. Experience with quality management software and tools.
  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
