Shop Assistant The Store Assistant position entails managing clients from the beginning to the end of their journey - from aiding customers in discovering products according to their demands to checkout as well as payment and beyond, to ensure repeat clients. We are looking for candidates with experience managing customers and who can provide an adequate customer journey. Candidates must be positive, articulate, and have previous sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing Electric and Mechanical products. The Shop Assistant will be required to produce and maintain a professional and cordial relationship with customers with the purpose of generating leads and converting them into beneficial business for the firm. Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with their needs.
Managing the checkout process.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory is maintained appropriately.
Providing a pleasant and satisfactory customer experience.

Compulsory Requirements:

Language proficiency in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic.
2 years of experience in Electric, Sanitary ware, and Electronic Tools Sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Long-term Salary: AED 1,500.00 - AED 2,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: All clients are required to wear a mask. All employees must be vaccinated.
