Overview: Penguincil Design is seeking a creative and talented Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to create engaging and visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of marketing channels, including expos, websites, and social media. If you have a solid grasp of motion design fundamentals and are skilled with industry-leading tools, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for marketing videos, including promotional content for expos, websites, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Develop storyboards, create animations, and bring static designs to life with engaging motion graphics.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Photoshop to create visually captivating animations.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance motion graphics concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to consistently bring fresh ideas to the table.
- 1+ Years Proficiency in motion graphics design tools, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and color theory.
- Experience with creating motion graphics for various digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
