What You’ll Do As a Sales Engineer, you’ll collaborate with the sales team to progress their opportunities to a successful close. You will assist them in maximizing the company revenue opportunities by delivering compelling presentations, and helping prospects see the full potential of a best-in-class data analytics platform while contributing to a team-focused, growth-driven culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to identify client needs and design appropriate technology solutions.
- Deliver engaging solution presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Champion the deployment of data analytics solutions within client organizations.
- Collaborate on account strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Own and deliver proofs of concept and solution evaluations.
- Develop content for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- 1-3 years of experience in the software industry, preferably in a pre-sales or technical problem-solving role.
- Proven track record of presenting technical solutions to varied audiences, including executives, decision makers and technical buyers.
- Familiarity with general software architecture and interoperability.
- Experience in solution-selling and team-selling environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of data analysis and data ETL processes is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a disciplined approach to customer engagement.
