Staffing Sales Representative

Tandem Trans Solutions Inc., a growing leader in workforce solutions for logistics, warehousing & waste management industries, is hiring an Entry-Level Staffing Sales Representative to support our growth. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience and want to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is an on-site position where you’ll have the chance to impact people’s careers and businesses. What you get to do:

• Identify client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through phone calls, texts, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
• Execute activities that drive results, including outbound cold calls and on-site client meetings.
• Negotiate pricing to ensure the delivery of quality solutions with a focus on maximizing client satisfaction.
• Expand Tandem Trans Solutions’ reach through a combination of technology and personal interaction.

• 6 months to 1 year of sales, or business development
• A strong track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
• The ability to connect with others through various communication channels including phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
• A resilient, self-motivated attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Curiosity and determination to solve challenges and drive success.
• Ability to work on-site full-time with access to reliable transportation for visiting client sites.
