Our Head of Wholesale is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving Boody’s wholesale business strategy and execution. This role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure sustainable growth, market alignment, and optimal profitability in Boody's Wholesale channels. What is this role all about? Market Strategy Development : Design and implement market access strategies to expand Boody's wholesale footprint. Financial Management : Oversee wholesale and distribution budgets, including forecasting, P&L, and balance sheet responsibilities. Channel Optimisation : Develop and refine channel strategies by product category, ensuring alignment with channel-fit, merchandising, pricing, and margin objectives. Strategic Alignment and Execution : Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans while ensuring operational feasibility and success. Product and Merchandising Innovation : Identify and capitalise on channel opportunities for creative product development and merchandising. Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing Wholesale team that is passionate, KPI-focussed and prepared for growth. Process Improvement : Drive efficiency through sales operations optimisation and critical path enhancements. Stakeholder Management : Cultivate and manage relationships with representatives, agents, facilitators, and distribution partners, including negotiating contracts and setting KPIs. Brand Oversight : Monitor and control brand positioning within our wholesale accounts to ensure consistency and alignment with Boody’s values. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience and successful track record in Wholesale leadership roles, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industries. Experience with global wholesale accountability would be advantageous (USA, UK, EU). Strong financial acumen paired with a knack for growing sales performance. Demonstrated success in developing and executing wholesale market strategies. Exceptional team leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management. Change management experience with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global partners and cross-functional teams. Why choose Boody?
