We're on the lookout for an experienced professional to spearhead the expansion of our finance and accounting functions as we continue to grow. The role You’re accountable for designing and delivering outstanding products that delight our clients. As a product leader, a people manager, and a strategic thinker, you will own the product roadmap and work collaboratively with engineering, customer success, and other key teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’re responsible for end-to-end product development, including accountability for their commercial success. You’ll leverage your strategic vision, deep product management expertise, and strong relationship-building skills to drive Frankie One’s growth and establish us as the leading regulatory technology fintech. Your ticket to success: Own the Function Lead the strategic planning and management of Frankie One’s product portfolio, including defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Deliver innovative, client-centric solutions to position Frankie One as the leader in regulatory technology. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring products are successfully developed, launched, and adopted. Take accountability for the commercial success of all products, including their market performance, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction. Define, monitor, and deliver quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track progress and ensure alignment with company goals. Be a People Leader Build and manage a high-performing product team, fostering steady improvements in processes and collaboration. Coach and empower team members—both junior and senior—to develop their skills and solve problems independently. Cultivate a strong, inclusive team culture rooted in accountability and growth. Stay Close to the Customer Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Translate client insights into actionable product enhancements that align with our broader business strategy. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and seamless client adoption of new products or features. Be a Frankie Advocate Champion Frankie One, our products, our people, and our values to internal and external audiences alike. Foster trust, enthusiasm, and alignment across the organization. In a previous life you have: Built and led successful product organizations, inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments. Startup experience is a plus. Delivered multiple successful product launches, managing the entire product development process from ideation to commercialization, with accountability for market adoption and revenue performance. Demonstrated a proven bias for action—analytical, data-driven, and decisive in balancing strategy with execution. Developed exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to a wide array of stakeholders, including boards, clients, and internal teams. Showcased strategic thinking while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to deliver outcomes.
