- Support the training and development of sales representatives
- Provide coaching and mentorship on best practices and business standards
- Identify team members’ training needs and areas for improvement
- Maximize team productivity and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of training procedures and activities
- Manage and review information on CRM system to track progress to goals
- Uphold business standards and expectations
- Conduct trends analysis on calls and demos
- Other tasks as required
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship building
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Exceptional organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic with
- A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
- An ability to encourage and motivate junior team members
