Job Title: Customer Relations and Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management and marketing, including leading teams of 10 or more members. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, maintaining a comprehensive information database, and executing impactful online and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand and engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Lead a team of 10+ to execute customer relationship and marketing initiatives effectively.
- Manage and optimize the customer journey using CRM tools and data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with agencies to plan and execute social media and marketing campaigns.
- Organize and oversee marketing events to boost brand presence.
- Maintain customer databases and generate performance reports (MIS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM and marketing roles.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams of 10 or more.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
