Job Description & Work Experience

Project Control and Financial Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of ongoing projects. Prepare detailed project financial reports and provide insights to project managers. Develop and maintain project financial models to forecast performance and profitability.

Finance Business Support:

Act as a financial advisor to project managers, offering financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for financial analysis. Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to discuss financial performance and projections.

Cost Management and Reporting:

Track and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts. Identify variances between actual and forecasted project costs, providing explanations and recommendations for corrective actions. Support the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Financial Planning and Strategy:

Assist in the development of financial strategies for projects, including risk assessment and mitigation. Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential project decisions. Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic project initiatives.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to project finances. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project financial management. Maintain and update documentation related to project financial processes and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of FP&A experience.
Previous experience in a Big Four.
Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in the art exhibition industry is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
