Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry; Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field. Respond to customer queries, analyze product issues, update databases, and assist in training while possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage calls efficiently, provide solutions, and maintain product knowledge while demonstrating strong communication skills. The role requires a diploma or university degree in Business Administration, with experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the steel industry. Lead customer service operations, manage office procedures, and ensure high customer satisfaction using CRM software and strong communication skills. Assist in operations and customer service, manage inventory, support team collaboration, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in natural resources and environmental sectors, leveraging Saudi market knowledge and strong client relations. Coordinate client inquiries, meetings, and updates while supporting sales with communication, leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
