Manager, Compliance And Qms

UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL WITH SABRE We are seeking a Manager, Compliance & QMS to lead our internal controls and uphold high standards of our health, safety and environment protocols, quality management system and ISO certification. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration of the Company's QMS to ensure continued compliance with the current ISO9001 Standard, internal policies/procedures, and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements
• Coordination of client and/or third-party audits as required, and development/implementation of applicable post-audit action plans
• QMS document development, performance monitoring and assessment, liaising with all affected parties to ensure consistent compliance with QMS policies, processes, and procedures
• Development and coordination of group and/or individual QMS training
• Assist as needed with maintenance/updates for Sabre internal documents
• Monitor & guide others to ensure compliance with Sabre's record management policies for controlled & non-controlled documents & data
• Identify opportunities for system improvement and participate in the development and implementation of related initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Completion of post-secondary education and ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor Certification is required
• Prior QMS program development/administration experience in a manufacturing environment
• HSE experience, including COR program auditing and program development is an asset
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar management role
• Strong working knowledge of applicable Codes & Regulations (OHS, ISO9001)
• Competence in management of ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills and document/program development abilities
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
