Job Title: Recruiting Manager Location: Kharadi, Pune Shift Timings: 9:30 PM – 06:30 PM IST. Willingness to work from the office. Job Description Keys Responsibilities:

• Coach, develop, mentor and oversee the recruiting team.
• Ensures recruiting and staffing programs meet business needs and are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as competitive best practices.
• Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives to support the growth of the company.
• In addition, the Manager provides strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons.
• This position will oversee and manage talent acquisition for all lines of business and will be accounting for developing Talent Acquisition team members.
• This individual will be instrumental in working to establish best-in-class practices around recruiting strategies, process improvements and policies to support the business. Must be highly adept in high-volume recruiting, and professional recruiting, with knowledge of Indian regulations for recruiting and hiring.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Leadership role, preferably within a large organization required.
• 5 - 7 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume, complex business environment.
• Experience in Banking, Automotive, and Telecom preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including web-based programs, MS Excel, and database management.
• Concise verbal and written communication skills required.
