Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Manage project planning, execution, and coordination with stakeholders. Design Development: Collaborate on design concepts and ensure compliance with client expectations and standards. Project Management: Oversee project progress, conduct site visits, and manage documentation. Client Relations: Maintain client communication, present updates, and ensure satisfaction. Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with suppliers. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards and conduct quality inspections. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in interior design and project management. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel). Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
