Responsibilities

  1. Accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of all cars.
  2. Support the Workshop Controller in the running of the Luxury Car facility.
  3. Detect and diagnose faults and establish work required.
  4. Deal with all customers directly in a customer-facing role and fulfil all tasks.
  5. Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Retailer, manufacturer, and industry standards.
  6. Meet all deadlines as set by your line manager, the company, or the manufacturer.
Skills
  1. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  3. Attention to detail to ensure precision in repairs and servicing.
  4. Effective communication skills, especially in customer-facing roles.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in the automotive industry.
  7. Basic computer skills for logging work orders and accessing technical documentation.
