About Us PostGrid is a fast-growing startup that enables businesses to automate their offline communications. We're building APIs that allow our users to send physical mail around the world without ever touching an envelope. We're looking for software engineers who will help us transform the way people work with direct mail. We serve over 500 million API calls a month and are scaling up to handle billions. About the Role PostGrid is looking for full-stack developers with expertise in building seamless native integrations using TypeScript, React, Node.Js, and MongoDB. This role is central to expanding PostGrid’s integration capabilities with other key SaaS platforms and enhancing our product's flexibility and reach. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy native integrations that enable customers to leverage our capabilities within platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and more. You responsibilities will be to:
- Design and build scalable, efficient, and reliable backend services and integrations using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.Js) with a focus on TypeScript
- Develop, test, and deploy APIs to support integrations between PostGrid and other SaaS applications, with attention to data security (E.G. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Emersys, Adobe Experience, Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, Xero, etc)
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to develop an intuitive user experience, ensuring smooth integration workflows for end-users.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance current integrations, optimizing for scalability and performance
- Implement testing and monitoring practices to uphold high standards in code quality, reliability, and responsiveness
- Contribute to the development roadmap, bringing innovative ideas for expanding PostGrid’s integration ecosystem
- Professional experience building APIs with NodeJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB
- Professional experience creating frontends with TypeScript and React
- Experience writing API documentation and communicating with customers
- Experience working with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Vitest
- Strong technical writing skills, ideally demonstrable through project or customer facing documentation
- Bonus points for having built native integrations in any of the platforms mentioned above
- Bonus points for experience with Rust/C/C++
- Bonus points for working with AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, Batch, etc
