Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional, and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Digital, Data and Information Technology provides strategic leadership and executive oversight of VHBA's technology agenda. The role shapes and contributes to VHBA's technology vision, digital strategy, and information governance framework to enable VHBA's delivery of complex health infrastructure projects. Working in close partnership with the VIDA Chief Information Officer and fellow Directors of IT across VIDA project offices, this position plays a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and digital transformation across the broader organisation through a collaborative, whole-of-VIDA approach. This role is also accountable for reviewing and optimising IT operations, using data-driven insights to enhance performance, streamline processes, and ensure the scalability of IT infrastructure. This role also champions a forward-looking approach to digital implementation plans, leading efforts to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
