About the Company - Port to Port Immigration Services provides international recruitment and immigration services to both the East and West coast of Canada. We are looking for a business partner in Newfoundland to help us develop a broader service offering to the marine industry. These would include ship management, staffing, business development and consulting for fisheries, aquaculture, offshore oil and gas, and ship building and repair. About the Role - The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project/partner success
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Preferred Skills Leadership Sales Organizational Management Human Resource Management Pay range and compensation package - Entry level pay range would start at $55,000 and 2.5% commissions. Health benefits and RRSP contribution based on company profits. Mid-Level career persons would be starting at $75,000 and up to 5% profit sharing incentives and RRSP contribution. Senior industry consultants can negotiate their compensation and benefits.
