Your role with us: The Production Supervisor directs shift activities, ensuring the production schedule is adhered to safely and objectives are achieved. The Production Supervisor will lead and mentor the team by modeling excellence, prioritizing and problem-solving, championing projects and initiatives, and ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. You will bring to the role:
- AFTERNOON SHIFT: Monday to Thursday, 4: 20 PM to 2: 50 AM
- Journeyperson Machinist and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing, leading, and supervising a team.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with new product and design phases.
- Oil and gas industry experience is considered an asset.
- Experience operating multi-axis CNC mills and lathes, including set-up and programming Mazak CNC machines using Mazatrol, EIA programming (G-code).
- Experience with Vericut, CIMCO, and Mastercam software.
- Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and teambuilding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a high-demand environment.
