LearnFormula, a leading online course marketplace platform for continuing education, is seeking an experienced Javascript & AI Developer with expertise in React and Next.Js to join our team. At LearnFormula, we are focused on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance user experiences and optimize our platform. As a Javascript & AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing our web application, integrating AI-powered features, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to improve functionality and usability. This is a full-time, work-from-office position with standard 9 AM to 5 PM hours. You will collaborate closely with a team of innovative developers who are passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and creating impactful solutions. Our Stack:
- Front-end: React / Next.Js (App Router) / Bootstrap CSS / Tailwind
- Back-end (API): Node.Js (Next.Js Route Handlers) / MySQL with Prisma
- AI Tools: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, HuggingFace, Llama, and more
- Develop and enhance application features on the front-end using React / Next.Js 14 (App Router) based on Figma designs.
- Build new APIs using Node.Js backend (Next.Js Route Handlers) with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Integrate AI technologies into the platform to deliver innovative and intelligent solutions for users.
- Utilize modern deep learning libraries and LLM APIs, understanding tradeoffs between different models and APIs.
- Fine-tune LLMs and create retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to enhance application features.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user interfaces optimized for speed, usability, and AI-driven personalization.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend development and AI technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and usability of the web application.
- Work closely with design, QA, support, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and AI-powered enhancements.
- (Optional) Contribute to mobile application development efforts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with React
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Node.Js
- Experience with Next.Js (App Router) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with modern deep learning libraries (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM APIs (e.G., OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace) is a significant plus
- Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs and creating retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Experience with mobile app development is a bonus
- Passion for development and enthusiasm for working with the latest technologies, particularly in AI
- Ability to create modern and professional UI designs based on provided designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field
- Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 CAD
