Senior Clinical Project Manager

This role is vital in overseeing and managing various clinical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing healthcare education. Experience in clinical project management is a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff and administration, to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, measuring project progress against goals and making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in clinical project management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical research practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and track progress effectively.
• Strong analytical skills focused on risk assessment and management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Bachelor’s degree in medical is must ,Dentist, MBBS doctor , BDS , BHMS , advanced degree or certification in Clinical Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in clinical project management or related roles.
