Details below: Job Summary : The Process Associate for Airline Operations will support various administrative and operational functions within the airline process. This role involves ensuring efficient handling of passenger services, ticketing, reservations, and flight operations while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities :

• Ticketing and Reservations : Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and changes. Ensure accurate entry of passenger information and fare details.
• Customer Service : Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings, flight schedules, and service requests.
• Data Entry and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate reports as required by management.
