Role: This role would involve driving marketing and communication efforts, managing creative campaigns and media outreach, to enhance the visibility and impact of music projects under SVF Music. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans for music releases, including creative campaigns across social media and digital platforms like YouTube and Spotify.
• Collaborate with brands for co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, and exclusive promotions to enhance visibility.
• Create compelling press materials such as artist bios, media pitches, and campaign briefs while building and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Plan and manage promotional events, music launches, and artist meet-and-greet sessions, ensuring seamless execution of all elements.
• Monitor campaign performance and media coverage to provide actionable insights for future strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices into marketing and PR efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, PR, or media (experience in the music industry is highly desirable).
• Proficiency in Bengali (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
