Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, as per their specifications
2. Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to set standards of quality and quantity
3. Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including washing glasses, polishing silverware, etc.
4. Follow all safety protocols when mixing drinks or handling glassware
