The Planning and Cost Control Manager plays a pivotal role in the construction and real estate industry, particularly in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, and cost management of various construction projects, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, cost control, and strategic planning, ensuring that all financial aspects of the projects are meticulously monitored and reported. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress and financial status.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
Collaborate with project teams to establish cost-effective solutions and optimize resource allocation.
Conduct regular audits of project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Lead the preparation of cost estimates and financial forecasts for upcoming projects.
Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in planning and cost control practices.
Implement best practices in project management and cost control methodologies.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management regarding project performance and financial health.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate sector.
