Interior Fitout & Furniture Supply

Duties and Responsibilities:

This job involves turnkey interior Fitout & furniture projects for offices and hotels.

Study tender documents and drawings to be estimated and gather local & international

supplier's proposals & specifications.

Cost calculation of labour, material, and engineering supervision, through a thorough study of proposals, drawings, specifications, and specifications.

Prepare inquiry submissions and take-offs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.

Assess suppliers and sub-contractors' quotations to confirm whether the scope is covered and create a table to compare variations in quoted prices and specifications.

Create a realistic cost database by entering detailed data (Vendors & cost) and keep it updated for the Fitout, and furniture cost from Local and International Markets.

Find and suggest more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements:

Architectural BSc degree.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in the estimation of (interior arch works, Joinery, & Furniture).

Experience and professionalism in reading and analyzing project drawings and specifications.

Excellent use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
